A nice note to all the cleaners

"Hi Alan,
I particularly wanted to write to put on record my gratitude to you and your team for the cleanliness of the clubhouse when the Chiltern Academy used it over the weekend for a Becoming a Coach Course, led by Cliff Jones.  We had 7 participants, plus Cliff and myself, so, with one of the larger tables down the middle and chairs on either side, we fitted comfortably, with a TV screen and whiteboard at the kitchen end. 

I went up on Fri evening to prepare the clubhouse into “classroom mode’ and I was particularly struck at how things were well organised, clean, stocked and obviously looked after.

I fear we all take our clubhouse for granted at times, so it seems right to express this appreciation for the work of all your team in maintaining the clubhouse to the high standard that they do.
